Restaurant Diet

I don’t know what will help me. There must be a hundred ways to lose weight. But all of the diets out there look really hard to stick with for more than a day. Maybe if I go on 7 diets – one for every day of the week? Diet pills look scary and unhealthy. And I travel a lot, eating in all kinds of restaurants, and they almost never make lean dishes that are actually eatable. How do I lose weight?
